When do I need to place an order?
All orders must be placed 7 days in advance for collection and 10 days in advance for postal service. You are welcome to place an order for a specific date as long as it is with the 7/10 day time frame.
When will I receive my cake?
If you have selected our postage option, we aim to ensure you receive your cake within 5 days of postage.
How do I store my cake?
Wrap all cakes/bakes up and place in a sealed container to preserve the moisture. Cakes
should last up to 4 weeks if sealed well.
Can I collect my cake?
Yes! We are located in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Please specify when ordering and select your chosen Saturday.
Can you decorate cakes?
We pride ourselves on providing great cakes without all the frills. Simple decorations may be possible for collection only, if pre arranged.

Can I order a different type of cake?
During the Christmas period we are only offering our Signature Rum cake.
Watch out for new cakes coming in the New Year!

How many slices will I get from my cake?
Approximate portion amounts can be found written by each cake on the Order page.
What if I can't collect on the specified date?
During busy periods we try to keep collection days to a minimum. However, if you are really struggling to make the agreed date please drop us a message and we will try our best to accommodate you.
